Chess: Carlsen ranked number two Norwegian chess ace Magnus Carlsen (19) has been ranked number two among the world's top players by the World Chess Federation (FIDE) on their ranking list for September 2009.
The Norwegian has moved four places up on the list and now has 2801 points, nine points behind Bulgarian Veselin Topalov who tops the ranking list.
