Third terrorist suspect back in Norway
Together with the two others, who were arrested in Oslo and remanded in custody for four weeks, Shawan Sadek Saeed Bujak (37) from Iraq, is alleged to have planned to commit terrorist acts on Norwegian soil. Upon arrival he immediately faced questioning by the Norwegian Secret Police (PST). According to his defence lawyer, he has denied any knowledge of the alleged plans for conspiracy to commit terrorist acts. Thursday morning the newspaper Dagbladet reported that the PST had found ingredients which could be used to make a bomb in a basement storage room used by Bujak. The report said the PST had found a large bottle of hydrogen peroxide, two smaller bottles with the same content, some acetone, two litres with another liquid, as well as a bag of flour. According to the newspaper, these are the main ingredients needed to make an acetonperoxide bomb. (NRK/Aftenposten)
