Sentenced in Congo - may serve in Norway
The Congolese authorities are in favour of allowing the two Norwegians sentenced to death by a Congo military tribunal last fall, to serve their sentence in a Norwegian prison, NRK reports. NRK quotes special envoy from the Norwegian Department of Foreign Affairs, Arild Øyen, who has met with Congolese Justice Minister Emmanuel-Janvier Luzolo. In Øyen's opinion it is important that the Congolese authorities in this way have confirmed that they agree to the two men serving their sentence in Norway. (NRK) Rolleiv Solholm
