PST warned about Behring Breivik in March
The international "Operation Global Shield" was introduced November 1st last yeaar, in a effort to stop the trade with dangerous chemicals across national borders, Bergens Tidende writes. The aim was to stop potential terrorists who were planning to make their own bombs. The Customs Directorate confirms that it reported to the PST, after Behring Breivik purchased chemicals from a firm in Poland via the Internet.
