Norway's oldest wreck?Divers have discovered what may be one of Norway's oldest maritime wrecks, near Ulvøysund on the south coast of Norway. They have already brought up artifacts that may be more than 600 years old. It seems the ship carried a load of millstones, as well as raindeer antlers which were used in the production of buttons, combs and small tools, NRK reports. Arhaeologists now hope that this wreck may lead them to even older ones: - We know that even Viking ships used this shipping lane, says Pål Nymoen of the Norwegian Maritime Museum.
