Socialist Left drops on latest poll

Government coalition party, the Socialist Left (SV) drops 1.6 percentage points on the latest poll made by Norstat, and now has the support of only 2.6 per cent of the electorate. This is well below the electoral threshold of 4 per cent. Coalition Partner, the Conservative Party (Høyre) on the other hand gains 1.3 points, and is supported by 22.3 per cent of the voters.

 

Opposition party Labour (Ap) maintains its position with 41.7 per cent, up 0.1 points.

Government supporting party, the Liberal Left (Venstre) also drops below the electoral level, with only 3.6 per cent, down from 5.1 in the previous poll.

The other supporting party, the Christian Democrats (KrF) is stable at 6.5 per cent., up 0.1 points.

The new environmental party De Grønne (MDG) is supported by 4.3 per cent of the voters, up from 3.1 per cent in the previous poll.
