Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg's Labour Party is supported by only 25.6 per cent of the electorate, on NORSTAT's poll for October, a 4.6 point drop from last month.
This is the lowest NORSTAT-result for the party since 2003.
The Conservative Party (Høyre) on the other hand receives the support of 34 per cent of the voters, the highest result ever for Høyre on a NORSTAT poll, and up 0.9 points from September.
The right-wing Progress Party (FrP) is also up, by 2.6 points, to 19.7 per cent, which is only back to the result for August.
For the other parties the changes are minimal.
The poll was made for the newspaper Vårt Land.
