Soon 5 million of us!The population of Norway is now 4 973 000. On March 19th there will be five million of us, according to Statistics Norway. Population growth this quarter was slightly lower than last year, but was the second highest ever recorded in any quarter. Seventy per cent of the growth was due to net immigration. The population grew by a total of 20 050 in the 3rd quarter; almost three times as much as in the years prior to 2004. There were only small changes in the number of births, deaths and migration compared to last year. (Press release)

They first saw a neat hole in the roof, and when they went inside, they saw a fist-size rock on the floor.
