Norwegian chess ace Magnus Carlsen (18) on Wednesday won the World Blitz Championship 2009 - FINAL in Moscow, and became the world's youngest world blitz champion, NRK reports.
After 40 of the total of 42 games were completed, Caarlsen led by 3.5 points, and could not be beaten.
- This is unbelievable. Carlsen is the youngest world blitz chess champion ever, says Secretary General of the Norwegian Chess Federation, Dag Danielsen.
