Norwegian Olympic winner Olaf Tufte had to settle for second place in the single scull final at the World Cup regatta in Luzern, Switzerland on Sunday. Mahe Drysdale of New Zealand won the event.
Drysdale led from start to finish. Belgium's Tim Maeyens placed third.
