Commuting: New Circle Line for Oslo

The Oslo Subway's new 'Circle Line' was offcially opened on Monday, after six years of construction work in the capital's underground, and at a cost of NOK 1.4 billion. 'T-baneringen' as it is called, will increase the subway system's capacity from 70 million passengers a year, to 80 million.

The new ring incudes three new station on the north side of the city, and completes the the east-west connections to the north.
