Increase in export prices of fresh salmon

In the period from 13 May to 19 May, the export price of fresh salmon reached NOK 43.51 per kilo. This is an increase of 2.8 per cent from the previous seven-day period, according to Statistics Norway.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 14 132 tonnes in the period from 13 May to 19 May, a decrease of 0.6 per cent from the period 6 May to 12 May.

Norway exported 322 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 41.00 per kilo in the period from 13 May to 19 May.
