Avalanche warnings - one died

There is danger of avalanches in many parts of the country. On Sunday there were five major avalanches reported in the counties of Møre og Romsdal, Nordland, Troms and Finnmark.

In Troms, one man perished, while several persons were injured in some of the other avalanches.

The Met Office has warned that with wind, snowfall and changing temperatures the danger of avalanches will remain in the North in the days to come.
