A 63-year-old man from Rygg in Sogn & Fjordane was fishing for halibut. He had just started to pull the line by hand, when he realized it was heavier than normal. As the huge halibut emerged below his boat, he He quickly realized that he would not be able to take monster fish out of the water alone. With the help from his neighbour, they managed to tow the boat to shore, where they pulled it our of the water by the help of a tractor. The halibut was 2,28 cm long with a weight of app. 150 kg.
