Experts warn that there is great danger of avalanches in most parts of the country over the next days, but the danger is greatest in Northern Norway.
Last Sunday one man perished in an avalanche near Tromsø, while his companion escaped injury.
In another avalanche in the same area, four persons were involved, but escaped withour injury.
In Rogaland, in southern Norway, a 12-year-old boy was buried by an avalanche on Sunday for around 15 minutes, but was dug out by his father, and sent to hospital for a check.
