Norway also finished second behind Austria at last February's World Championships in Liberec.

Norway's Anders Jacobsen completed the longest standing jump in Saturday's contest, with a jump measuring 217.5 metres in the second round. Johan Remen Evensen jumped 211m in the first round. Austria's Martin Koch jumped 214.5m.

The individual event takes place on Sunday.
