Only 10 per cent of those asked say he is doing a poor job. The same 48 per cent also say he is doing a good job as leader of the Labour Party.
The Conservative party leader Erna Solberg is on the advance. 36 per cent say she is doing a good job as party leader, up 4 per cent since last week's poll.
