The Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra, which is presently on a tour of Europe, will on Tuesday perform at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées in Paris. Soloist is violinist Anne-Sophie Mutter.
Conductor is Jukka-Pekka Saraste, and on the programme are works by Mendelssohn, Bartók, Ravel and Sibelius. On May 20th, the orchestra is performing in London, at the Barbican Centre, and the following day in Berlin, at the Philharmonie. On May 23 they are in Hamburg, at the Musikhalle, on the 25th in Cologne, at the Philharmonie, and on the 26th in Düsseldorf, at the Tonhalle.
