Biathlon; Berger back on top
The 30-year old veteran biathlete had to settle for silver by only two tenths of a second in the sprint on Saturday but dominated Sunday's pursuit from start to finish. Defending World Cup champion, Finland's Kaisa Makarainen claimed pursuit silver, while two-time Olympic champion, Germany's Magdalena Neuner placed third. In the men’s pursuit, Norway's Emil Hegle Svendsen had to settle for second, beaten by France's Martin Fourcade by nearly half a minute. Czech Republic’s Jaroslav Soukup placed third.
